I'm a visual journalist in New York City and the Director of Photography for The Daily Beast.

I've volunteered photo skills abroad with Global Mamas, a NGO in Ghana, and in my backyard with Infinite Hope, a Brooklyn-based animal shelter.

My work has been featured in The New York Times, The Daily Beast, ABC News, MSN News, Orlando Sentinel, and the Chicago Tribune among others. Once, a photo of my cat was featured in the Whitney Museum's Biennial Book.

Outside of journalism, I spend my time playing bass, designing and producing screenprints, and exploring this smelly, wonderful city with my family.
